ZK266 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ZK266 ("we", "us", "the platform") regarding your use of the ZK266 website, mobile application, and all related services. By accessing or using any part of the ZK266 platform — whether through a browser, the Android app, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

ZK266 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games and live casino services. The platform is designed and operated to serve players based in Pakistan and conducts all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All services are provided on an "as available" basis and ZK266 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or service at any time.

These Terms are written in English (Pakistan) and this version takes precedence in all matters. ZK266 does not claim any government-issued licence, regulatory approval or official endorsement by any Pakistan government body. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any laws applicable to their own use of online gaming and betting services in their jurisdiction.

To use ZK266's betting, casino or live casino services, you must register an account. Registration is free and open to eligible players aged 18 and above. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

• You may only hold one ZK266 account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow any third party to use your account.
• Your username and password are personal to you and must be kept confidential at all times.
• ZK266 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including before approving withdrawals.
• Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• Accounts registered by automated bots or scripts will be terminated without notice.

ZK266 may require you to submit identity verification documents — such as a CNIC, passport or other acceptable form of ID — as part of account approval or before processing a withdrawal. This is standard platform practice to maintain account security and prevent fraud. Your documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ZK266 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no forced currency conversion and no hidden exchange rate applied to your balance. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets available to Pakistani players.

• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• ZK266 does not charge platform-side deposit fees on standard transactions. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your ZK266 balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference number.

ZK266 does not store your full card details or mobile wallet credentials on its servers. All payment transactions are processed through encrypted connections. By depositing, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Withdrawals can be requested through your ZK266 account at any time, subject to the conditions below. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method you specify. ZK266 does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawal requests.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your ZK266 account.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when withdrawing above certain amounts.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest — most are processed within minutes once approved.
• Raast same-day transfers are available. Bank transfer withdrawals generally clear within one to two business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may be processed the following working day for bank transfer methods.

ZK266 reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal for review if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ZK266 will notify you and may request supporting documentation. Withdrawals of funds originating from incomplete bonus wagering requirements will not be processed until the applicable wagering conditions have been met.

ZK266 offers sports betting across cricket, football, esports and other markets. All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless ZK266 exercises its right to void a market.

• Cricket markets include PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches and other bilateral series involving Pakistan and international teams.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Odds on live markets update in real time and the displayed odds at the moment of bet placement are the odds that apply.
• ZK266 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed before you confirm a bet.
• Minimum bet amounts are set per market and are shown at the time of selection.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through a bonus are subject to that bonus's wagering requirements and any applicable restrictions.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, ZK266's settlement rules for that market type will apply. For PSL and T20 matches, specific rain rule and D/L method settlement policies are detailed in the platform's betting rules section.

ZK266's casino section includes slots, table games and RNG-based titles from established game providers. The live casino features real dealers broadcasting from professional studios, with tables for Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for non-live titles, ensuring fair and unpredictable results.
• Live casino results are determined in real time by live dealer actions, subject to studio game rules and the oversight of the game provider.
• Casino games are for entertainment. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes for any RNG or live casino game.
• ZK266 is not responsible for any technical failures on the part of a third-party game provider. In the event of a game interruption, ZK266 will follow the game provider's published rules for that situation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per table and per game. These are displayed within the game interface.
• Certain casino games or tables may be restricted from bonus fund play. This is indicated at the time of bonus activation.

Live casino streams on ZK266 are optimised for mobile use, including on 4G connections commonly used across Pakistan. If you experience streaming issues, try switching to a WiFi connection or lowering the stream quality within the settings panel.

ZK266 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry periods — which are communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be played through before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Only bets meeting the minimum odds specified in the bonus terms will count toward wagering requirements for sports betting bonuses.
• ZK266 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already completed under a valid bonus offer is honoured.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus offers — through coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or any other strategy intended to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — may have their bonus voided and account reviewed.

To protect all players and maintain the integrity of the ZK266 platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activity may have their account suspended, their balance frozen and any winnings voided.

• Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account limits.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch or pricing mistake on the platform to place bets at incorrect odds or gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment details to make deposits.
• Sharing account credentials with other players or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with any part of the ZK266 platform, app or infrastructure.
• Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to misrepresent your location in a way that circumvents platform restrictions.
